Bislett Games

Bislet Stadium was the main arena during the Olympic Winter Games in Oslo in 1952. The opening and final ceremonies took place here as well as all the skating competitions. Later Bislet Stadium became famous also for the large summer games, called the Bislet Games, which is still one of the World's largest athletics arrangements. The Bislet Games takes place in the beginning of July. The stadium is well used by serious athletes and exercisers during the spring, summer and fall seasons.
