The annual Ski Jumping competition that takes place in Holmenkollen is an event not to be missed. The record attendance is 250.000 spectators from the 1952 Olympics in Oslo, and still thousands of people go there every year. The competition has been held every year since 1892 and is one of the longest running sporting events.
